Brighter days are ahead for Capital1 as the Solar Spikers selected decorated outside spiker Bella Belen as the top overall pick in the PVL Rookie Draft 2025 on Sunday.
The three-time UAAP MVP from National University is expected to provide a major boost to the Solar Spikers, joining a solid core of Leila Cruz, Iris Tolenada, Roma Mae Doromal, and Jorelle Singh as they aim to finally break through.
Belen, however, wasn't present during the draft ceremonies as she is currently suiting up for Alas Pilipinas Women in the 2025 AVC Women's Volleyball Nations Cup.
