Justin Baldoni's $400 million countersuit against Blake Lively has been dismissed, as confirmed by DailyMail.com, amidst their ongoing legal dispute over It Ends With Us.

In December 2024, Blake Lively sued Baldoni for alleged sexual harassment on set, which he denied. In response, Baldoni and Wayfarer Studios filed a defamation suit against Lively, her publicist Leslie Sloane, and husband Ryan Reynolds.

Baldoni also took legal action against The New York Times, filing a $250 million lawsuit over their coverage of Lively's harassment claims against him.

In a surprising turn of events, a judge has dismissed Baldoni's lawsuits, dealing a blow to his hopes for a victory against the actress.

Judge Lewis J Limon dismissed Baldoni's suit for defamation and extortion, stating that Lively's allegations were made within privileged court documents.
