Renowned volleyball player Alyssa Valdez has been selected as an ambassador for the upcoming FIVB Men’s Volleyball World Championship. Valdez will be joining Bryan Bagunas and Eya Laure from Alas Pilipinas as the local ambassadors for the prestigious event.
The announcement was made 94 days before the World Championships by the Philippine National Volleyball Federation, in collaboration with snack company Rebisco.
Prior to the World Championships, PNVF will host the Alas Invitationals scheduled from June 10 to 12. During this event, the national men’s team will face off against clubs Hyundai, Jakarta’s Bhayangkara, and Thailand’s national team.
