Akshay Kumar and Sajid Nadiawala's latest movie, Housefull 5, experienced a decrease in earnings after a successful opening weekend. Despite this, the film managed to surpass the ₹100 crore mark within just three days of its release.
On Day 4, Housefull 5 earned ₹13 crore, marking a 60% decline from its Sunday earnings. The total collection of the film now stands at ₹100.5 crore.
Internationally, the movie has raked in ₹160.50 crore, with an Overseas Collection of ₹40 crore and an India Gross Collection of ₹120.50 crore on the fourth day.
The film had an overall occupancy rate of 19.78% on Monday, with morning shows at 8.88%, afternoon shows at 21.54%, evening shows at 22.44%, and night shows at 26.24%.
Major cities like Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Ahmedabad, and Bengaluru had the highest number of screenings for Housefull 5, with Mumbai and Delhi NCR leading in terms of occupancy, followed by Jaipur and Lucknow.
Film trade analyst Taran Adarsh praised Housefull 5 for crossing the ₹100 crore mark on Day 4, highlighting the film's strong performance on Monday. He also mentioned that the mass circuits are driving the film's business, with the #BlockbusterTuesdays initiative expected to further boost footfalls.
Starring Akshay Kumar, Abhishek Bachchan, Riteish Deshmukh, Jacqueline Fernandez, and many others, Housefull 5 was released in two versions, each with a different climax sequence and killers.
