Two members of the popular K-pop group BTS, RM and V, have successfully completed their military service in South Korea and are looking forward to reuniting with their bandmates. V expressed his gratitude to fans for waiting for them during their service, promising a 'really cool performance' upon their return.
Earlier, Jin and J-Hope had finished their military duties and have been active with solo projects and appearances on various shows. Meanwhile, Jimin, Jung Kook, and Suga are expected to complete their service by June 21, according to media reports.
Since their last group project in 2022, BTS members have been working on individual ventures but are excited to come together again. J-Hope shared his enthusiasm for the reunion in an interview with a magazine last December.
The management company of BTS, HYBE, is organizing a special event called BTS FESTA to celebrate the group's 12th anniversary. While it is uncertain if all members will attend, Jin participated in the event last year.
During their discharge ceremony, RM expressed his eagerness to return to the stage and perform for their fans. He mentioned his passion for stage performances and promised to work hard on a new album for their comeback.
