An eyewitness revealed that one of the accused in the murder of Raja Raghuvanshi in Meghalaya took people to his funeral in Indore. The case took a dramatic turn when Raghuvanshi's wife, Sonam, was arrested along with three alleged aides.
Sonam Raghuvanshi, accused of orchestrating her husband's murder on their honeymoon, surrendered in Ghazipur. Another suspect was apprehended in Lalitpur. The court proceedings continued late into the night, with a total of five arrests made in the case.
Raja Raghuvanshi and his wife disappeared during their vacation in Meghalaya's East Khasi Hills district. His body was later discovered near a waterfall. Sonam was arrested in Ghazipur after being traced by the police, and was taken into custody by a Meghalaya Police team.
One of the accused, Akash Rajput, was arrested in Lalitpur, while two others were apprehended in Indore. The couple had gone to Meghalaya for their honeymoon, but went missing shortly after. The investigation is ongoing to uncover the details of this tragic incident.
