In Zamboanga City, a successful negotiation took place between authorities and a man who was believed to be suffering from a mental disorder, preventing him from jumping off a housing building on Tuesday, June 10.
The incident began around 5 p.m. on Monday when Allen Dave Morales, 28, was seen on the roof of the building. Emergency services and local police were promptly called to the scene to intervene and prevent any harm.
Through a careful and coordinated effort, authorities managed to rescue Morales, ensuring his safety and well-being. He was then taken to Police Station 11 for further evaluation and proper disposition.
