Ryanair has introduced a new policy where disruptive passengers who are removed from the plane will face a fine of €500. This decision comes as the airline aims to address the issue of unruly passenger behavior, which is a concern across the entire aviation industry.

Along with the €500 fine, Ryanair will also seek civil damages from disruptive passengers. The airline's spokesperson condemned the impact of disruptive behavior on other passengers, stating that it is unacceptable for one individual to cause inconvenience to others.
Ryanair has been advocating for stricter regulations at airport bars, proposing a limit of two alcoholic drinks per person to reduce incidents of disorder on flights. The airline believes that this measure will contribute to a safer travel environment for both passengers and crew members.
Earlier this year, Ryanair initiated legal action to recover losses resulting from disruptive passenger incidents. The airline filed a lawsuit in the Irish Circuit Court seeking damages of over €15,000 from a passenger who allegedly caused a flight diversion from Dublin to Lanzarote. This disruption led to significant inconveniences for 160 passengers, including overnight delays and additional expenses.
In a separate incident, a Ryanair passenger was fined €3,230 for disruptive behavior on a flight from Glasgow to Kraków, which necessitated a diversion to another Polish city. These actions highlight Ryanair's commitment to addressing disruptive passenger behavior and ensuring a safe and pleasant travel experience for all.
