The most compact Black Bay gets a new attire, ready for summer. Meet the fresh-looking and new Tudor Black Bay 54 Lagoon Blue.

Since its debut in 2012, the Tudor Black Bay collection has continued to grow, offering a variety of dive watches in different sizes. From the classic Black Bay 41mm to the smaller Black Bay 58 (39mm) and the bolder Black Bay 68 (43mm), there is now a new addition to the lineup - the 37mm Black Bay 54. This compact version made waves with its vintage aesthetic and slim profile. Now, just in time for summer 2025, Tudor has introduced a fresh and unexpected iteration of the Black Bay 54 - the Lagoon Blue edition.

While the main specifications of the Black Bay 54 remain unchanged, there are some notable updates to the design. The case retains its 37mm diameter, thin profile, and steel construction with brushed and polished finishes. The watch is still a reliable dive companion with a screw-down crown, domed sapphire crystal, and 200m water resistance.

One of the most significant changes is the bezel, which now features a mirror-polished steel insert with a tone-on-tone 60-minute scale in negative relief. This new bezel adds a touch of luxury to the watch and sets it apart from its predecessors. The dial of the Black Bay 54 Lagoon Blue introduces a summer-inspired Lagoon Blue color with a sand-like texture, a first for the Black Bay collection. The Snowflake hands and applied markers are made of polished metal and filled with white Super-LumiNova, while the minute track is executed in dark blue.

Under the hood, the Black Bay 54 Lagoon Blue is powered by the calibre MT5400, a reliable movement developed by Tudor in collaboration with Kenissi. This automatic movement boasts a 70-hour power reserve, a transversal balance bridge, and COSC chronometer certification with Tudor's stricter accuracy standards.

Unlike the classic black version, the new Black Bay 54 Lagoon Blue comes exclusively on a steel Jubilee bracelet with a T-Fit micro-adjustment system. Priced at CHF 3,900 or EUR 4,240, this watch is not limited edition but may be challenging to acquire due to its popularity. Visit the Tudor website for more information.
