The 29-year-old social media star has been on bail since October 2024 after being accused of sexually assaulting a woman in a hotel room after a performance last year in Perth. During his initial court appearance, Barrientos was granted bail with strict conditions and a personal undertaking of 100,000 Australian dollars (£52,000), along with a surety of the same amount. Court documents also show that he pleaded guilty to a reckless driving charge on 5 December for driving at over 96mph on the Roe Highway in eastern Perth on 17 November.
