Come September, Singaporeans aged 18 and above will have the opportunity to utilize their $100 worth of credits from the SG Culture Pass to engage in more than 200 arts and heritage programs, as announced by the Ministry of Culture, Community and Youth (MCCY) on June 13.

The confirmed programs currently offer a total ticket capacity exceeding 700,000, with additional programs in the pipeline. The deadline for submitting applications to participate in the launch of SG Culture Pass is June 30. The official launch is scheduled for September 1, with new programs being considered continuously until 2028.

Some of the confirmed programs include a theatre performance titled The Legend Of White Snake by Nam Hwa Opera, a dance performance called Semarak Seni 2025 by Sri Warisan Som Said Performing Arts, Happy Sing-Along featuring Mandarin and dialect songs at the Singapore Chinese Cultural Centre, as well as art and heritage workshops by Nanyang Sauce and Artify Studio.

Various businesses are also joining the initiative, such as Book Bar in Duxton Road, where Singapore literature titles will be available for purchase using the credits. Additionally, Tamil theatre group Agam Theatre Lab has submitted two multilingual theatre experiences for approval and plans to offer a special promotion to SG Culture Pass users.

Authorized ticketing partners for the SG Culture Pass include BookMyShow, Sistic, GlobalTix, Klook, and Pelago. The Ministry has yet to announce the logistics for credit redemption and warns against any fraudulent messages offering redemption before September.

Acting Minister for Culture, Community and Youth and Senior Minister of State for Education, Mr. David Neo, expressed the government's commitment to supporting the local arts and heritage sector through initiatives like the SG Culture Pass, which was introduced in Budget 2025 with a $300 million allocation to encourage Singaporeans to participate in local arts and cultural experiences.
