Kanye West made a surprise appearance at the ongoing trial of Shawn 'Diddy' Combs, showing support for the disgraced rap mogul by hugging his son. West's arrival caused chaos outside the Manhattan courthouse on Friday, accompanied by his wife Bianca Censori. The artist, now known as Ye, donned an all-white denim outfit for the occasion.

As West approached the courthouse, he was greeted by Diddy's son Christian 'King' Combs, and the two shared an embrace before entering together. The day before, Christian wore a 'Free Combs' t-shirt into the courtroom, adding to the unexpected turn of events.

West's arrival was unannounced, surprising onlookers outside the courthouse as he made his way inside. Although he briefly visited an overflow room, West did not enter the courtroom where Diddy has been on trial since May 5. He spent about an hour inside the building before leaving.

Meanwhile, Friday's court proceedings were scheduled to include testimony from Jonathan Perez, one of Diddy's former assistants who worked for the rap mogul from 2021 to 2024. Perez had requested immunity before taking the stand, but the focus shifted to West's appearance.

FBI Special Agent Andre Lamon also provided details of a raid on Diddy's Los Angeles mansion in March 2024, revealing the discovery of over 1,000 bottles of lubricant, including Astroglide and baby oil. Additionally, the prosecution requested the dismissal of a juror due to 'inconsistent' statements made during the trial.

Despite the unexpected turn of events, Diddy continues to face serious charges of drug trafficking and racketeering, to which he has pleaded not guilty. The trial remains ongoing as the legal proceedings unfold.
