One video claiming to show an Iranian drone heading towards Israel was debunked using Google reverse image search, revealing it to be old footage from Syria dating back to February 2024. This is not the first time the video has resurfaced, as it was previously shared in April 2024 during a previous conflict between the two nations.
Furthermore, footage from May depicting Israeli strikes in southern Lebanon has been falsely captioned as Iranian drones attacking Israel, adding to the online misinformation.
