Roscrea Heritage Society recently welcomed Mairéad Cashen Slevin for the May edition of The Black Mills Sessions. Mairéad impressed the audience with her beautiful vocals, performing popular ballads like Caledonia, Carrickfergus, and Home to Donegal. She ended the night with a powerful rendition of Ireland's Call, bringing the crowd to their feet.

The society expressed their gratitude to Mairéad for her outstanding performance, as well as to the OPW for providing the venue and Bernadette for her assistance. They also thanked the attendees for their support.
