Borris-in-Ossory Kilcotton GAA club is offering a unique opportunity to win a valuable prize through a raffle aimed at supporting the club's important role in the community. The club is currently selling tickets for the chance to win a grade U Belgian Blue cross heifer born in October 2023.

If a show heifer is not of interest to you, the club has mentioned that a cash prize of €2,500 is also an option. Additionally, there are smaller cash prizes available for the runners-up. The draw is scheduled to take place on Friday, August 1st. Tickets can be purchased online through a dedicated page on idonate.ie or via the club's social media platforms at €10 each or six for €50.

The club provides for approximately 100 adult players and nearly 200 juveniles. With ten hurling teams ranging from nursery to senior levels, the club participates in both competitive and non-competitive matches throughout the year. Furthermore, they boast a successful LGFA Gaelic4Mothers and Others team, adding to their vibrant community presence.
