The National Testing Agency (NTA) has recently declared the results of the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test Undergraduate (NEET UG) 2025. Medical aspirants who took the NEET UG 2025 exam can access the results on neet.nta.nic.in and nta.ac.in. Additionally, the results are also available on the UMANG app and DigiLocker.

NEET UG 2025 Result Live Updates

For the first time, NTA has sent the NEET UG 2025 scorecards to the candidates' registered email IDs. The exam took place nationwide on Sunday, May 4. Mahesh Kumar from Rajasthan secured the first rank with a percentile of 99.9999547. Avika Aggarwal from Delhi NCT is the top female scorer with a percentile of 99.9996832, earning her the fifth rank in NEET UG 2025.

NEET UG 2025 Result: Toppers

Out of the 22,76,069 candidates who registered for NEET UG 2025, 22,09,318 appeared for the exam. Among them, 12,36,531 candidates have qualified for admission to undergraduate programs in medical and allied fields. The cut-off for general category students has decreased from 720-162 in 2024 to 686-144 in 2025. Different cut-offs apply to OBC, SC, ST, and PwBD category candidates.

NTA also released the final answer key for NEET UG 2025 on June 14. No questions were omitted this year, but some questions had multiple correct answers. Candidates who attempted such questions will receive four marks. The exam consisted of 180 compulsory questions in physics, chemistry, botany, and zoology.

NEET UG 2025 Cut-off

NTA published the provisional answer key on June 3, and candidates could challenge it until June 5. The exam was conducted at 5,453 centres in approximately 500 cities, with over 22.7 lakh candidates registering for NEET UG 2025.

Last year, the NEET UG exam took place on May 5 for more than 24 lakh candidates. The provisional answer key was released on May 29, and the results were out on June 4.
