During an emergency meeting of the UN Security Council, Iran's UN ambassador, Amir-Saeid Iravani, reported that Israeli attacks had resulted in the deaths of 78 people and injuries to over 320 others. He condemned Israel's actions as barbaric and criminal, targeting both military officials and civilians, including women and children.
Iravani stated that Israel was engaged in aggressive acts, attacking various civilian and military locations in multiple Iranian cities.
