A man has been charged after he allegedly rammed a car into pedestrians in a car park in Queensland.

A disturbing incident unfolded in a car park in Queensland, where a man has been charged for allegedly driving his car into pedestrians.

Emergency services responded to the scene on Saint Smith Road in the Moreton Bay suburb of Beachmere shortly before 1 am today.

According to reports, a man deliberately targeted pedestrians with a black Nissan X-Trail.

One victim, a 45-year-old man, suffered non-life-threatening injuries to his lower body and was transported to Caboolture Hospital in a stable condition.

The suspect fled the scene but was later apprehended by police on Beachmere Road.

A 29-year-old man from Caboolture was arrested and is facing charges including assault causing bodily harm, assault while armed, intention to cause grievous bodily harm, and driving under the influence of alcohol.

He is scheduled to appear in Caboolture Magistrate's Court on Monday for further legal proceedings.

Fortunately, no other physical injuries were reported in connection with the incident.
