A joint meeting of the Auction Committee and Auction Management Committee of the Federal Government Employees Housing Authority (FGEHA) took place in Islamabad. The session covered various important topics, including the confirmation of minutes from the previous meeting held on 14th May 2025.

The meeting also involved a thorough examination of the preparations for the upcoming auctions scheduled for 18th and 19th June 2025. The Auction Committee provided instructions to align measures with current market conditions, organize investor meetings, and create a favorable environment for investors during the auction.

Additionally, the Auction Committee clarified that budgetary relief would be applicable for the upcoming auction. The reserve prices for commercial plots to be offered in the auction were finalized based on recommendations from a sub-committee established by the Auction Committee. Other significant matters were presented during the meeting and approved by the Chairperson.

The Director General of the Housing Authority instructed all senior officers to work diligently to ensure the success of the Grand Auction scheduled for 18th and 19th June 2025 at 10:00 AM in E-11, Islamabad.
