The fire was extinguished by Dubai Civil Defence teams that worked tirelessly for six hours.

A massive fire broke out in a 67-storey building in Marina in Dubai on Saturday, with all 3,820 residents from 764 apartments of the Marina Pinnacle safely evacuated after the fire started late on Friday night, according to PTI.

Reports from Khaleej Times stated that Dubai Civil Defence teams worked tirelessly for six hours to extinguish the fire, with the Dubai Media Office confirming the successful evacuation of all residents without any injuries.

The DMO also mentioned that ambulance teams and medical staff were on site to provide full medical and mental support to the evacuated residents, while authorities are collaborating with the building's developer to arrange temporary housing for those affected.

This incident is not the first at Marina Pinnacle, also known as Tiger Tower, as a previous fire in May 2015 was sparked by a kitchen incident on the 47th floor and spread to the 48th floor before being contained.

In a similar incident, a massive fire broke out at the CCS Building on Janpath Road in New Delhi, where fire tenders arrived promptly and extinguished the blaze without any reported injuries.
