Scores of people have been visiting Madan Singh's shop in Sector 22 to express condolences after his daughter, Khushboo, tragically perished in the Ahmedabad-London flight AI 171 crash shortly after takeoff. Khushboo had recently gotten married in January and was on her way to London to join her husband, who worked as a healthcare worker.

Khushboo, the eldest of four siblings, had grown up in Araba village of Baltora in Rajasthan. Her father, who runs three sweet shops in Faridabad, had been eagerly preparing for her journey to London. She was set to celebrate her 23rd birthday with her husband, Vipul Singh, who unfortunately couldn't accompany her due to work commitments.

On the day of the flight, Singh dropped Khushboo off at Ahmedabad airport, where they bid farewell and took a selfie together. Tragically, the Boeing 787 Dreamliner she boarded crashed moments after takeoff, leaving only one survivor among 242 passengers.

Family, friends, and well-wishers have been visiting the family's sweet shop to offer their condolences and support. The family is devastated by the loss of Khushboo, who was full of life and had a bright future ahead of her.
