Investigation Underway

Upon finding Sheetal's body in Sonipat's Kharkhoda area, the police immediately launched an investigation into the tragic incident. Sonipat ACP Headquarters Ajit Singh confirmed that a missing report had been filed for Sheetal in Panipat, leading to further inquiries by the authorities.

Sister's Account

Sheetal's sister, Neha, recounted the events leading up to her disappearance. She revealed that Sheetal had called her on the night of June 14, expressing fear of a former friend named Sunil who had allegedly assaulted her at a shoot in Ahar village. Neha suspected foul play, claiming that Sunil's involvement in Sheetal's disappearance was highly likely. She detailed how Sunil had pressured Sheetal into a relationship despite being married with children, causing her to leave her job in Karnal.
