Rock icon Lenny Kravitz is set to bring his global tour to Australia, with performances scheduled in major cities like Melbourne, Sydney, and Brisbane, as well as the regional town of Mildura.
On November 28, the four-time Grammy Award-winner will take the stage in Mildura, a town located six hours northwest of Melbourne. This stop comes after his shows in the east-coast capitals, Newcastle, and Adelaide just before the bp Adelaide Grand Final supercars event.
Mildura, a small Victorian town, may seem like an unexpected tour location for Kravitz, but it is a strategic choice. Mildura City Council mayor Helen Healy expressed excitement about the announcement, calling it a significant moment for the community and an opportunity to showcase their beautiful region to visitors.
Supported by the state government, the Blue Electric Light tour show at the Sporting Precinct is anticipated to draw a crowd of up to 15,000 fans.
