MANILA, Philippines — The Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA) launched on Monday its 'May Huli Ka' website, a digital platform designed to display traffic violations captured under the No Contact Apprehension Policy (NCAP).

The Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA) recently unveiled its 'May Huli Ka' website, a digital platform created to showcase traffic violations captured under the No Contact Apprehension Policy (NCAP).

The launch event took place at the MMDA's Communications and Command Center in Pasig City, highlighting the agency's commitment to improving transparency in traffic enforcement.

Through this website, motorists can now easily verify if they have been cited for violations using MMDA's surveillance cameras. Additionally, they have the option to challenge any citations they believe were issued incorrectly.

MMDA Chairman Don Artes and Philippine National Police (PNP) chief Gen. Nicolas Torre III spearheaded the unveiling, emphasizing the platform's significance in reducing conflicts between enforcers and drivers, all while ensuring accountability.

'This platform empowers the public to stay informed and defend their rights,' stated Artes. 'Transparency plays a crucial role in building trust with our road users.'

Although the website's interface was not demonstrated during the launch, officials assured that the system underwent thorough testing to minimize errors.

Motorists are encouraged to stay tuned to MMDA's official channels for updates regarding the full public release of the website.
