Detectives are seeking a man following an attempted rape at a cinema in north-west London. The incident occurred on Wednesday afternoon, with a woman in her 30s reporting that she was seriously sexually assaulted at a cinema on Finchley Road in South Hampstead on 11 June around 15:45 BST, according to the Metropolitan Police.
Det Ch Insp Paul Ridley emphasized the seriousness of the attack, noting that it took place in broad daylight at a busy venue, underscoring the bold and opportunistic behavior of the perpetrator. Ridley stressed the urgency of locating the individual swiftly.
