The Overseas Workers Welfare Administration (OWWA) reported that the number of Filipinos injured in the missile strikes launched by Iran against Israel has now reached six.

According to OWWA's 'State of the Nation' report on Monday, four of the wounded Filipinos have already been discharged from the hospital, while one is still undergoing treatment.

Among the injured is a Filipino caregiver who is in critical condition after being hit by debris from a building damaged in one of the air strikes.

Despite the ongoing hostilities between Israel and Iran, there has been no mandatory evacuation in place yet. However, the Department of Migrant Workers has assured that efforts will be made to repatriate Filipinos who wish to return to the Philippines.
