During the Canadian Grand Prix, untelvised team radio captured Oscar Piastri's composed response to his collision with McLaren team-mate Lando Norris.

Piastri and Norris made contact while battling for fourth place in the closing stages of the race in Montreal.

Norris' car suffered terminal damage, forcing him to retire immediately, while Piastri finished fourth after a precautionary tire change under the Safety Car.

After the incident, Norris admitted his mistake over team radio and later apologized to Piastri in person.

With a 22-point lead over Norris in the Drivers' Championship, Piastri has maintained his cool demeanor since joining McLaren in 2023.
