OnePlus recently introduced the Nord 5 smartphone, the latest addition to its mid-range lineup. This new device is equipped with the powerful Snapdragon 8S Gen 3 chipset from Qualcomm, promising impressive performance for gaming, multitasking, and everyday use.

The Nord 5 boasts an upgraded cooling system and supports LPDDR5X RAM. It sports a dual rear camera setup and will be offered in a stylish pale blue color named 'Dry Ice'.

According to OnePlus, the enhanced specifications of the Nord 5 make it a standout performer in gaming, providing unparalleled performance and robust support for popular mobile games. The device is even capable of running Call of Duty: Mobile at 144FPS with real-time ray tracing.

Alongside the Nord 5, OnePlus also introduced the Nord CE5, a more budget-friendly option compared to the standard model. Details about the Nord CE5 are still scarce, but it is expected to offer similar features at a lower price point.

Both the Nord 5 and Nord CE5 will come with the new Plus Key, replacing the Alert Slider. This customizable button can be used for various functions and is known for its quick access to AI tools. The Plus Key made its debut with the OnePlus 13 series in Asia earlier this month.

In addition to the smartphones, OnePlus unveiled the OnePlus Buds 4, premium earbuds designed for gamers. These earbuds feature ultra-low latency audio, dual drivers, Hi-Res audio support, and other advanced features. They will be available in green and dark gray color options. The company also introduced a new smartwatch and tablet.

Pricing and availability details for the Nord 5, Nord CE5, OnePlus Buds 4, and other products have not been disclosed yet. OnePlus has a launch event scheduled for July 8, where more information about these devices is expected to be revealed.
