An Italian museum is on the lookout for two tourists who accidentally damaged a fragile work of art while posing for photos. The incident, captured on video, shows the tourists sitting on a crystal-covered chair, causing it to buckle under their weight.

The chair, created by artist Nicola Bolla and known as Van Gogh's Chair, is described as extremely delicate. While the woman in the video avoids touching the chair, the man sits on it and falls back, damaging the artwork.

The museum, Palazzo Maffei, expressed their dismay over the incident and reported it to the police. The video went viral, prompting a search for the tourists responsible for the damage.

Despite the mishap, the chair has been repaired since the incident, which occurred less than four weeks ago. Artist Nicola Bolla commented on the incident, calling it 'idiotic' but also seeing a 'positive side' to it as a form of performance art that anyone can participate in.
