Megapower Star Ram Charan is set to star in the upcoming sports action drama Peddi, directed by Buchi Babu Sana. Following his successful debut with Uppena, Sana's first glimpse of Peddi featuring a unique cricket shot has been creating buzz online.
According to recent reports, Netflix has secured the digital rights for Peddi for a staggering Rs. 105 crores, covering all-language rights. While an official confirmation is pending, Bollywood actress Janhvi Kapoor will play the female lead.
The star-studded cast also includes Shiv Rajkumar, Divyenndu from Mirzapur, and Jagapathi Babu in pivotal roles, with music by AR Rahman. Produced by Venkata Satish Kilaru of Vriddhi Cinemas, Peddi is scheduled for a grand release on March 27, 2026.
