Bundee Aki, Tadhg Beirne and Finlay Bealham included in starting XV

The British & Irish Lions squad, including a dozen Leinster players, had to catch up after missing a training camp in Portugal, except for Tadhg Furlong. Furlong, a 32-year-old tighthead with 79 caps for Ireland, overcame injury issues to secure a spot on the bench for the upcoming game against Argentina.

Additionally, Finlay Bealham, who joined the squad as a late replacement, will start as the tighthead. Tadhg Beirne and Bundee Aki are also part of the starting XV, with Beirne partnering with captain Maro Itoje and Aki likely to compete for the 12 jersey in the Test series.

Other notable players in the lineup include Ronan Kelleher and Mack Hansen, who will feature off the bench. The rest of the Leinster players will not play against Argentina, as Andy Farrell's selections were influenced by the late arrivals of players from URC champions and Premiership finalists.

With key players unavailable, Marcus Smith, Alex Mitchell, and Fin Smith will take on important roles in the match. The Lions' lineup features a mix of experienced and new faces, setting the stage for an exciting game against Argentina.
