After being introduced in China back in May, the Reno 14 series is finally coming to other markets.

Oppo has gradually established itself as a major player in the smartphone industry, collaborating with OnePlus to expand its reach and appeal to a wider audience. The company has unveiled the Reno 14 series, initially launched in China in May, with plans to introduce them to global markets. The Reno 14 and Reno 14 Pro, along with a third model called Reno 14F, will be available worldwide starting July 1. While details on the Reno 14F are scarce, it is expected to be the most budget-friendly option among the trio.

The Reno 14 and Reno 14 Pro are mid-range devices featuring MediaTek chipsets, AMOLED screens, and large batteries. The Reno 14 Pro sports a MediaTek Dimensity 8450 chipset with storage options ranging from 12GB/256GB to 16GB/1TB, while the standard model comes with a Dimensity 8350 chip and storage configurations from 12GB/256GB to 16GB/1TB.

Both phones feature triple cameras, with the Pro model boasting three 50-megapixel sensors, and the standard model equipped with two 50-megapixel sensors (main and telephoto) along with an 8-megapixel ultra-wide camera. The Reno 14 Pro offers a larger 6.83-inch display compared to the 6.59-inch screen on the vanilla model, both protected by Crystal Shield Glass.

In terms of battery capacity, the Reno 14 Pro houses a 6,200 mAh battery, while the Reno 14 comes with a slightly smaller 6,000 mAh battery. Both devices support 80W wired charging. Pricing details have not been revealed yet, but if the cost exceeds €500, Oppo may face stiff competition from other mid-range alternatives offering better specifications at a lower price point.
