Prince William is gearing up for a week full of royal engagements next week as part of London Climate Action Week. As the President and Founder of The Earthshot Prize and the Founder of The Royal Foundation’s United for Wildlife, the Prince of Wales, 42, will be attending events at the climate festival focusing on improving nature and the climate.

On June 24, Prince William will participate in the “Leading With Impact” event, hosted by The Earthshot Prize and Bloomberg Philanthropies. This event will recognize the achievements of the 2024 cohort of Finalists and highlight collaborations to accelerate progress for climate solutions. William will meet with Michael R. Bloomberg, Founder of Bloomberg Philanthropies, and join a workshop with 2024 Earthshot Prize Finalists.

During the event, Prince William will hear about the progress and future ambitions of the Finalists since joining the Earthshot Prize last year. He will also take part in an onstage discussion with Robert Irwin, The Rt Hon Dame Jacinda Ardern, and Dara Khosrowshahi to reflect on the success of The Prize and discuss future ambitions. Bloomberg Philanthropies and Uber are key partners in The Earthshot Prize.

Prince William's next engagement on June 26 will be a high-level roundtable titled ‘Nature’s Guardians: On the Road to COP30 & Beyond’ at St James’s Palace. As the Founder of The Royal Foundation’s United for Wildlife programme, the prince will engage in important discussions with government leaders, philanthropic institutions, and representatives from Indigenous Peoples and local communities.
