President Donald Trump has emphasized the importance of preventing Iran from obtaining a nuclear weapon, a sentiment echoed by a majority of Americans.

President Trump reiterated his long-standing position that Iran cannot be allowed to possess nuclear weapons, a stance that has been consistent among U.S. presidents for years. A recent Fox News survey revealed that 73% of registered voters believe that Iran poses a real security threat to the U.S., showing bipartisan agreement on the issue.

The survey conducted from June 13-16 also found that 78% of respondents are very or extremely concerned about Iran acquiring a nuclear bomb. Additionally, 80% of those polled expressed that events in the Middle East have implications for the United States.
