With the war between Israel and Iran now in its second week, the two countries continued to trade missile attacks on Saturday, and Iran's foreign minister warned against a U.S. strike on Iran.

The ongoing war between Israel and Iran has now reached its ninth day, with both countries exchanging missile attacks. Iran's foreign minister has cautioned against U.S. intervention in the conflict.

Iran reported that Israel targeted four cities overnight, including Isfahan, where a nuclear site was hit. The Israeli military confirmed the strike on centrifuge production facilities as part of its efforts to thwart Iran's nuclear ambitions. Iranian media also stated that five members of Iran's paramilitary Revolutionary Guard were killed in the Israeli strikes.

Despite diplomatic meetings in Geneva, New York, and Istanbul on Friday, no breakthroughs were achieved. President Trump is contemplating joining Israel in attacking Iran's nuclear facilities.

Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi, speaking in Istanbul, warned against U.S. military involvement in the conflict, deeming it highly dangerous for all parties. He also expressed willingness to engage in further discussions with European counterparts but refused to negotiate with the U.S. while Israel continued its attacks on Iran.

The conflict has taken a toll on civilians, with Iran's Health Ministry reporting 430 civilian deaths and over 3,000 injuries since the Israeli strikes began on June 13. However, independent sources suggest a higher death toll of 722, including almost 200 military personnel. In Israel, 24 people have been killed and over 1,000 injured due to Iranian missile strikes.

Despite Iranian missiles hitting Israel's Haifa port city on Friday, causing minimal damage, further strikes on Saturday did not result in significant harm. President Trump, who previously mentioned a decision within two weeks on striking Iran, emphasized that the timeline would be a maximum.

Officials from Arab League and Organization of Islamic Cooperation member countries are meeting in Istanbul to discuss the conflict and its potential repercussions as the war escalates.
