Nick Knowles has married Katie Dadzie in a lavish ceremony at Braxted Park, Essex. The DIY SOS star, 62, began dating the lingerie brand boss, 34, in 2021, two years after they met when their children became friends at a play centre.

The couple got engaged in New Orleans in 2023 and exchanged vows on Saturday (June 7). For their big day, Nick opted for a light pink tuxedo jacket, paired with black trousers and a matching black bow tie. Meanwhile, Katie sported a strapless a-line gown adorned with blue flowers. Her traditional white veil draped from her brunette locks, which were elegantly styled into a bun. She finished off her bridal look with a sparkling necklace and matching earrings.

In new images, Nick walked around with a friend in the grounds of the Essex venue, while Katie treated herself to a glass of champagne. An insider revealed the couple "spared no expense" for their big day, which marks the third time Nick has walked down the aisle.

Katie's Stunning Dress

A source told The Sun: "He's invited all of his famous pals, including his Strictly co-stars so it's going to be a proper showbiz bash. Katie's dress is beautiful and is going to blow people away."

The couple's paths first crossed when Katie's daughters befriended Nick's youngest son Eddie, 9, at a play centre in 2019. After going public with their relationship, Katie was accused of being a "gold digger" due to their 27-year age gap. However, Nick insisted his partner is "wealthier and more successful" than him.

Katie's Success

Katie is a successful businesswoman, owning a lingerie and sex toy company as well as Boobbix, which sells "lactation products for breastfeeding mums". While the couple "love each other very much", Nick previously admitted the comments aimed at Katie took their toll. "It’s really unpleasant and unfair," he told The Times last year.

"Katie’s a mum of two, she’s super-intelligent, capable, within just eight months her lingerie brand was stocked by Next. But you just get people being properly vile. So you understand when she goes, ‘I don’t know if I want to be around this.’”

Nick has previously slammed trolls for their comments about Katie. In 2022 he was left “raging” after she was “abused” on X when the pair were snapped together. He wrote: “The woman I was out to dinner with when we were papped is 32, has degrees in two subjects, runs three businesses, is a mother of two, is wealthier & more successful than me and is intelligent and independent unlike the abusive trolls attacking her. What happened to #bekind?”

They tied the knot in a six-figure ceremony in Essex.
