Jurors at the trial of Marcus Monzo, accused of murdering Daniel Anjorin, heard a police officer's emotional account of being attacked by a man with a sword. The incident took place during a series of attacks in Hainault, London last year.
Monzo, 37, denies the charges of murder and attempted murder of four others. PC Yasmin Mechet-Whitfield, in a recorded police interview played in court, expressed her fear of dying during the attack. She recounted chasing Monzo, armed with a sword, down an alleyway.
