OnePlus officially announced the upcoming launch event for the OnePlus Nord 5 and OnePlus Nord CE 5 on July 8 at 2PM IST. Alongside these smartphones, the company will also introduce the OnePlus Buds 4.

The OnePlus Nord 5 series is positioned as a significant advancement in mid-range smartphone performance, aiming to bring flagship-level power within reach of consumers, according to OnePlus.

The OnePlus Nord 5 will be powered by the 4nm Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 processor with LPDDR5X RAM. It will feature Snapdragon Elite Gaming and hardware-accelerated real-time ray tracing, catering to gaming enthusiasts.

OnePlus promises that the Nord 5 will support Battlegrounds Mobile India (BGMI) at 90fps and run Call of Duty Mobile at 144fps.

The Nord 5 will come equipped with a thermal management system utilizing Cryo-Velocity VC cooling with a 7,300 mm² heat dissipation surface area and flagship-grade graphene thermals similar to the OnePlus 13.

On the audio front, the OnePlus Buds 4 will offer dual drivers, dual DACs, Hi-Res LHDC 5.0, and 3D Audio. It boasts a 47ms ultra-low latency in Game Mode and will be available in Zen Green and Storm Gray color options.

Both the OnePlus Nord 5 series and OnePlus Buds 4 will be available for purchase on Amazon in India, as well as through OnePlus and retail stores.
