Docklands made an impressive comeback by narrowly defeating Rosallion in the Group 1 Queen Anne Stakes, causing a 14-1 upset in a thrilling photo-finish.

Under the guidance of trainer Harry Eustace and jockey Mark Zahra, Docklands managed to edge out Rosallion in a close race, even though Zahra dropped his whip during the final stretch.

The race intensified in the last two furlongs with Lead Artist, Dancing Gemini, and Quddwah leading the pack. However, Docklands and Rosallion surged forward, resulting in a neck-and-neck finish.

Despite losing his whip, Zahra skillfully guided Docklands to victory, beating the 5-2 favorite by a nose. Cairo, a 100-1 long shot, finished third behind the leading duo.

Notable Speech, trained by Charlie Appleby, struggled to keep up and finished fourth, while Lead Artist and Dancing Gemini fell behind in seventh and eighth positions.

In a post-race interview, winning trainer Harry Eustace expressed his joy and gratitude for Docklands' performance, highlighting the horse's competitive spirit and the team's hard work behind the scenes.

Mark Zahra, the winning jockey, shared his experience of the race, mentioning the challenges of adhering to whip rules and his strategy during the slow-paced event.

Despite the obstacles, Docklands emerged victorious by the slimmest of margins, securing a memorable win for the team.
